Title: Zuma slots now available...
Post by: Yoming 2 on March 03, 2015, 03:32:03 AM
Pogo has released Zuma Slots.
It can be added to your favorites.    The betting — and winning — in this game revolves around Coins, not Pogo tokens. When you start the game, you will get 15,000 Coins (non-Club Pogo players get less), and every 4 hours you can refill your bucket with more Coins by loading the game and refilling your bucket.

You can stake anywhere from 200 to 3,000 Coins per spin, but the number of lines you play is always the same.

There are no Pogo tokens in this game.      no-no.gif

Club Pogo members can play the game in full-screen by clicking the icon in the upper right corner of the game.

And of course more stuff to buy----------- swear2.gif
If you run out of Coins and want to purchase more, you can do so by clicking your Coins bucket. There are three Coin Packages to choose from: 10,000 coins for 6 Gems, 44,000 coins for 18 Gems, and 150,000 coins for 56 Gems (these are Club Pogo prices, non-Club players pay 8, 22, and 67 respectively).
There's a bonus game that has the potential to earn lots of Coins — start it by spinning up three frogs on the reels.
You can auto-play the reels for 10, 20, 30, 40, or 50 spins. You can't just walk away because if you enter the bonus round, the game will need your input. As the game is auto-spinning, you can stop it by clicking the "Stop Auto-Play" button above the number of auto-spins left.
Tip: to speed up the calculations at the end of a winning spin during auto-play, just click the Spin button again.

Does Not look like something I will be playing..........       yawn.gif        lipsrsealed.gif

Speaking of gem sucking games, pogo is releasing another one soon - Bejeweled 2 Slots.

It's going to work the same way as Zuma Slots.

Ha!  The auto for Zuma Slots is working just fine. It knows that the game is waiting for coins, so you can just set it and forget it. There are some improvements coming to it, as well.

Greetings,
It appears Zuma Slots doesn't attract many players...97 vs 3500 in Mahjong escape.  Maybe this game bit POGO in the behind.  Anyway...I'll struggle along...but not gonna buy any additional coins.

People are just there for 5 minutes at a time so the number of players is going to always be low.

Also, I just made rank 2.

Just when I though the Pogo greed had subsided I was wrong, pay to play and not get tokens (at least I did not see my tokens increase), have to stop or play and can't mute a game is just not a pleasant experience (LOL)  jester.gif

Stay tuned, it only gets worse. Pogo's in it for the long-haul. Pogo's discovered that people will indeed pay twice if they lure the proper crowd. As long as people will pay extra to play games, Pogo will be there to give them what they want.
The cost of membership should cover the ability to play any game start to finish. No exceptions. Pogo has found a way to stick it to their members, and as long as members accept these terms and pay extra, the more Pogo will stick it to them.

What are the requirements to go up in rank?  I won 10,000 coins twice, 10 free spins twice and still only played for about five minutes.  I wont be buying any coins.  If auto waits I am happy to wait too.

I myself have only made Rank 1 so far there coins get spent to fast, as I have played 6 times spinning & won nothing. Wouldn't mind playing more, but coins get spend so fast. Now pogo is gonna make another game like that 1. gezz, they sure want us to spend more money for gems. Bummer, what are they going to think of next. Wont play this game much myself.

If you have Sluma2 from BW, it takes a screenshot for each rank you achieve. The only problem with it is that it overwrites the existing screenshot, if there is one, when it takes a new one. That is what I have been posting here.

When I win the free games I always seemed to pick the lowest multiplier so I decided to just always pick the same one.  I figured it would average out and I would occasionally get one of the higher ones.  I always pick the one on the far left, robot with green eyes.  I only started counting the number of times it happened after I realised just how often I got the lowest multiplier.  I am up to 17 picks in a row where lowest is what I get.  Hmm?  rigged at all??

I almost always get the lowest number of free spins, followed by almost always getting the lowest multiplier.  Once in a blue moon I will get the second lowest of one or the other.   I decided long ago that these results defy statistical probability.  It's fixed, in my opinion.

I was keeping tabs on my multiple after free spins and was up to 29 in a row where I got the lowest one when I kept picking exactly the same option.  I just got a free spin and i picked the same old green eyes robot and actually got the highest multiple of 9 which was amazing as I had won 11,000 coins on the free spins so got 99,000 coins.  OMG!!!  Maybe pogo has adjusted it.

Greetings,
Thanks for all the info.  I picked the 4 position 40 times and ALWAYS received the lowest multiplier...gonna try the green-eyed robot next.
Additionally, made it to rank 10.  Had to purchase 450,000 coins for 168 gems.  I usually play @ 7 AM, 12 PM, 5 PM and 10 PM.

I did notice a guy was at rank 40, it was another site and he was one of the top 5 player.

Not gonna buy any more coins.

Have a great day,

This game sucks. I spend 56 gems on 150k coins, I lose that in an hour and only gained 2 ranks. Stoooopid game

I am doing better with the number of free spins but I am still always getting the lowest multiplier.  One exception:  I won 6 free spins (WOW!) and won no coins in those 6 spins.  When it came to picking the multiplier, I picked the highest one!  Well, we all know what a million x zero is, right?

I've purchased additional coins for a total of 280 Gems...and made it all the way to rank 12.   LOL.  How much will it take to rank out.

Maybe the government will help?

Hello, what I want to ask you all, How much do you bet? I have tried several different ones & found I get more on only betting 200 at a time. Im still rank 1, though. It seems to take along time to make a rank in this game.

How much do you bet? It seems to take a long time to make a rank in this game.

My advice:  keep the bet as low as possible (200).  The more spins you get, the more chances you have of getting the needed Zuma symbols for rank advancement.

Bought another 300k coins, lasted just over 2 hours and got me 3 ranks. I can't imagine how long it would take someone to get to rank 50 without purchasing any coins...

I rarely ever see 2 zumas on the front two reels.  I am still on rank five.  I bet 200 so I get the most spins.  The payouts on this game are very lousy.  I have gotten the top multiple twice and am back to 16 spins in a row with lowest multiple.  It is going to cost a lot of gems to get the rank 40 badge.  I might buy some but not yet.  I want to be able to see my progress towards the badges before I start buying gems.

Thanks everyone for your posts. I shall stay on 200, like I have been playing mostly. I have also bought coins a few times, but haven't played lately, so maybe bye the time I reach rank 2, the new game will come out. LOL

Greetings,
Finally figured how to post a pic.

I bought 4.5 million tokens... for 1680 GEMS.  Don't know how many more I can afford.  My Social Security check is too small.

Wonder what I will win?

Darn, now I have to worry about Bejeweled 2 Slots and maybe Chuzzle Slots.

Maybe I should just forward my check to POGO.

All for now

So you're not ranked out either?  This is ridiculous! They need to adjust the requirements for rankage.

Hey, speaking of that, do you know FOR SURE the requirements? In one place I read that you have to have 1 ZUMA in a win line, then I read you had to have a ZUMA in the first column in a win line, then somewhere else it said you have to have a ZUMA in the first two columns, and they have to be on win lines. When I hit rank 20, I was watching the game and I had 2 ZUMAs in the first two columns, and they were on win lines. I'm just wondering what the real req. is.

This is what I found on the Pogo Forum. Supposedly it's the same for all the slots games:

Rank Progress: You earn Rank Points by matching 2 or more of these symbols Image on the same line as a winning combo. The 2 Zuma symbols must start on the left most reel to count. Each winning combo will earn you 1 Rank Point. You should reach Rank 1, when you have done this 3 times.

To reach Rank 10, you need to earn 130 Rank Points.
To reach Rank 20, you need to earn 370 Rank Points.
To reach Rank 30, you need to earn 700 Rank Points.
To reach Rank 40, you need to earn 1110 Rank Points.
To reach Rank 50, you need to earn 1600 Rank Points.

Zuma is very stingy with the Zumas, never mind having to have two in a winning line, plus in a specific configuration.  This is going to take forever.

The other slots games were certainly more generous.

Zuma was my least favorite, with Peggle (during its looser days)  my favorite. I made mega coins in Peggle and that's what allowed me to rank out in Z. I haven't played Peggle in a week or so, but from what people in the rooms were saying, they tightened it up and the days of million coin win spins are long gone.

I havent bought any but had collected 2,500,000 coins with the freebies.  When I unleashed the auto full time they lasted about 2 1/2 days and I went from Rank 23 to rank 31 in Zuma.  Back to collecting.  It is going to take a long time for me I think.  Never been lucky on slots.

I made a ton of coins while ranking out in Peggle, which is what saw me through Zuma. Now I'm stockpiling again in prep for any new games that come out.

Good luck!!!

I didn't purchase any coins.  I started stockpiling very regularly (as close to every four hours as possible).  Then, when Peggle was paying out big amounts of coins, I played there and bet 3000 coins on each turn.  I won millions.  Now Peggle seems to NOT be paying out in the same way anymore.  I used my coins to rank out in Zuma and it took millions... my guess is 5 or 6 million (net, after estimating winnings).  Now I am back to stockpiling but in a very casual way.  This way I have coins for any future challenges and any bucket game that might come along.

Hope this helps people.  I was so aggravated that the daily challenge this morning was Zuma slots.  I ranked out last night and was hoping not to see that game again for a long time.  LOL

I don't think I'll do the Zuma daily. I was in a room and people are losing thousands of coins and not winning. You have to have 3 Zumas on a payline, and that doesn't seem toooooooooooooooooooo bad, but they're not coming up like they usually do, apparently.
Title: Re: Zuma slots now available...
Post by: Squid on July 30, 2015, 05:58:15 AM
I won the daily challenge with one zuma in column one, one zuma in column two.  Both zumas were part of a 4-line win.  Got the job done.  When I left the game, I had more coins than I had when I entered.

I have to agree totally with Zuma being hard to win.  I have played Bejeweled over night and I am at rank 32 and have more coins than when I started. If I play it all day I might be ranked out by tonight.  Zuma took weeks and weeks.  I have to say I just love the feature in buckety where it takes a snap of your rank.  I saw a person on another forum complaining that they had been playing and playing Zuma not knowing they had already made rank 50.  Happen to notice it when they went into the album for something else. Boy were they cranky.
