WoW---that was fast............I kinda give up on BW site for autos for the newer games...seems they want to be paid for their getting the badge for you at a price....I opt to not go that route.

I don't think they have yearly anymore, just monthly and that is $9.60 with tax each month for me. It includes all of their autos for all sites and also any new autos. You can have them on 2 computers as well. Also, you only need to register one auto and all of them will be registered if and when you install them.
As for BW, I have noticed they / her have been getting lazy lately. A lot of them only play level one and then restarts the game and replays it over and over again. That takes more time them playing all levels.

I can't really see the advantage of that 1 auto for 1 year. I got PB - all autos for a month - and used it for this week's challenges and got them quick. BW's Spidey trial kept stalling, but PB flew through it.

I tried playing Pegland & can not get past 2nd level. But I don't have any Autos , im playing by hand. Its a hard game like some others. GL 2all who have the Autos. hi11.gif
I think the game is screwed up just like the others. I have been on Rank 3 forever. I know I have to have hit the 1,800 peg requirement by now.

Don't go by the rank number on the Playbuddy auto. It's probably wrong. I think the only way you can know your rank, before rank 10, is to be there when the pop up regarding rank occurs. My trial auto says I'm rank 8. The last pop up I saw was 6 or 7, when the auto said I was 8. There's something screwy there. I'm sure you would be ahead of me, CM, but maybe not 10 yet (badge).

don't blame you there. It forces you to keep playing a game for "possibly" getting a ribbon.... a ribbon which will disappear if you ever let your membership lapse (no fear there, right?). I don't think the tournies are for me. If someone enjoys them, great! Good luck.

No, if you come back and pay the membership fee, they are restored. At least this was the case some years ago when I rejoined an ID after it lapsed. All badges were there.

I've been comparing different autos...but can't tell where I'm starting.
Sometimes PlayBuddie's gets into a difficult level 5 where a "red" target is behind one of the upper branches and it can't progress...will keep firing until I quit. Additionally, the rank indicator is inaccurate. (But, I've been using different accounts...so that one is on me) I do think the progress is fast.
Now with the other auto. It resets after just two levels. This is ok...but I think it is slower. Additionally, my screen freezes after about 4 hours, no matter what browser I use. I do like that is captures a level progress.
Anyway got my level 10 badge on both accounts.

Not much to say about the autos. Seems they are all slow. Got to rank 17 and that is about it.

The games autos have both improved. They can easily run 12-24 hours without any refreshes. Now...the game progress is still slow...both of my accounts have made it to rank 19. I have seen a few badges for rank 20...so this one will take several weeks. At least you can run other games and have Pegland running at the same time.

I'm up to Level 15 using BW auto. The PB auto kept giving me the "refresh" screen and froze. I ran both autos in Chrome. Do you think for the PB autos it would run better in IE?

I think it's always worth a trial and error period to see what works best. No matter what you use, it is a slowly ranking game.

chrome is my fav browser and i use it as much as i can and my original buddy did that too.... but the updated 1.3 one doesnt so try that one tumbsup.gif but if that is the one you already use i would send a bug report b/c thats a bug and PB will fix it. hi11.gif

Well I've settled in on PlayBuddies auto and been running it 24/7. I've made it to rank 26, so it looks maybe to finish next year. It helps when I run CCleaner every few hours...keeps the auto from slowing down. Before bedtime and my last glass/box of wine.

It took me 7 days to move from rank 26 to rank 31. Mostly running 24/7. Been using PlayBuddies auto and it seem stable. Not sure if it is the fastest? Every few hours I run CCleaner and it seems to work well without any hangups.
