Bing Rewards Bot / Bing Search Bot has been taken down in response to a cease and desist letter I received from Microsoft this evening.
This letter was hand delivered by a couple Microsoft representatives. They were really nice about everything, they just want to protect the integrity of the rewards program. In order to avoid any legal action against me, I am fully complying with the cease and desist letter I received.
I know some of you have a lot of questions, and I'll do my best to answer them without violating the C&D order.

I figured this would all end some day, but I envisioned Microsoft/Bing pulling the plug on the Rewards program... This ending feels somewhat... hollow...
If this really is the end, I do want to say thank you, Ken. As someone that's normally pretty frugal, your bot gave me the means to actually enjoy some things. It enabled me to get into a new hobby, teaching me a skill that I will get enjoyment out of for decades to come. I owe you a beer some day.

If this is outside what you can answer, you don't have to, but was curious where you pulled the top keywords from and the dictionary file. I noticed those were down and assume you can't provide those files, but should be able to state the source they were pulled from at least.

I can't go in to any details without breaking my cease and desist order. All I can say is that I created a script that gathered the keywords from multiple sources.

You can receive PM's before having 25 posts but you can't send PMs until you have 25 posts under your belt.

So is anyone here still using the Microsoft Rewards just doing it manually like I am or did everyone give it up since the bots can no longer do this automatically?
I only had 2 accts and am doing them manually. I have friends who had special pts for Oct like the old Do 1200 Bing Searches Get 300 Bonus Pts but neither of mine had this. Also I do not have Edge so those pts are zero to me.
I dabble with it by hand on one account but can't get mobile points.

yep, and I contacted them about it and they said nothing important.
I got a response back from Microsoft but they didn't mention any outages but yesterday there was a 1000 point "sorry for the inconvenience" type of clickable deal. Not sure if I lost more than the 1000 points but at least they acknowledged the problem and did something to make peace with their users.
My loss was one day: approx 520 points or so. Getting 1,000 made me happy.

Just an FYI, I created this account to send this message.
I have been shown 100% proof that your old bing rewards bot has been resurrected by 2 guys from India. They cracked the code or whatever you programmers call it, and are using it to amass a lot of amazon gift cards for sale on the reddit giftcardexchange.
They posted a video of it, with a screenshot of the bot when it was working and still for sale here.
It was nearly identical. This video and screenshot was in a telegram group, which I rarely use or visit, I clicked both and when I was more active on telegram that automatically saved the image and video to your pc - evidently it does not do that anymore, so I have no way to show you this. They have deleted the post since they were getting "begged" to not provide evidence, that they will get in trouble, etc. I rmeember someone posting they were going to tell Ken, the guy who made it, I am assuming they did that and that the guy is you.
