Pogo has re-released (15) Phlinx Mix-n-Match Badges in badge central for 16 gems each.
To find them, visit badge central and select "Phlinx" as the game then sort by "Retires". These badges will be available until July 31st.

Just as a sidenote... there are other re-releases in other games that are only going to be available until 7/4/17, so you might want to check 'em out.
