Oh yes,  I am too.  Wonder how 3 teams will work out? We will soon see.
I think your idea of putting the pictures with names is really smart. Nice.
I will make use of those for sure.

At some point in the game they will probably merge them into two teams.

It was good reading your post. I did not get to see the show last night.
I have it taped and hope to get to it tonight or soon as possible.
It sounds like it will be an interesting season. Or at least not boring.
I look forward to seeing this soon.
So far..... one, at least, psycho, one so far no brainer and there will be more big bullys' showing up.
Yep, Survivor is here.  mumbojumbo.gif  embarrassed.gif  slap1.gif  popcorn2.gif

Good Morning, Thanks for the thoughtfulness but please feel free to post whenever. whatever you want. I don't mind one bit to read anything here if I have not had a chance to watch. I tried to watch it last night but a couple of friends stopped by and only got a couple of minutes into it. So, this post helped me to know what happened.

I am not a person that needs to see anything first before reading it. I was the same with Big Brother. I know some of my friends wanted to see for themself first before knowing what was going to happen and then the rest would be like me. So we call and talk and share the news. It's fun.

I plan on watching it today and will be able to post again later on. It's only an hour show and minus the commercial breaks that I can fly past with it being recorded, I will get to watch soon.
Then we can compare notes.
All is good.  tumbsup.gif  cat64.gif

I finally got to watch the show and it was good.
Nice to see you bain an that this is your favorite show.

Everything you wrote about was spot on squid.
As if this show isn't hard enough without having Alan in it this year. Wow! giggle2.gif

I saw at the end of the show when they hold up their sign of who they voted out and that Chrissy had Katrina written down. So, it was her reason why she did what she did. I agree that she may regret this decision. Now she is most likely to be voted out next. But then, you never know with Survivor. This may end up being a smart move on her part after all. Will be watching to see.

Joe was really something else. What a big bully is right. Hope this comes back to bite him in the end and see him voted out also.

I like this year so far. And really like that you have the pictures and names on everyone. It really makes a big difference on being able to know who is who when we sit in our peanut gallery and give our opinions.

Hope you join us in what you think of the show too bain. The more the better.  popcorn2.gif

It will be a fun and interesting season. May not agree with everyones game play but I think who ever wins, sure does have to work hard for it and need a bit of luck.

I do not have a favorite yet but it's a little soon. Gotta get to know them all a little better. But at least it is good to watch so far. When I watched the show, it seemed to go by pretty fast and it was over. Good sign. I wanted to see more.

What  show this turned out to be. I liked it but just surprised to see who got voted out and the way the rest voted. I did not see that one coming.

Squid, you would have done well on the underwater challenge. I swear they need gills to be able to do those kind.
Title: Re: Survivor - Season 35 - Heroes, Healers, Hustlers

I thought they did the right thing getting rid of Simone.  I couldn't believe how in the earlier part of the program she said "I'm not an outdoorsy girl",  "I'm an indoor girl", "I'm not a nature girl", "This place is so hot and there's no air conditioning".  My immediate thought was "WHY THE HELL DID YOU APPLY TO DO SURVIVOR!?!?".

She was so proud of herself because she went in the ocean far enough to get wet.  Really?  Wow.  She was not going to be of much use to the team at all.

I would love those water challenges!  I was thrown in a pool as a baby and haven't gotten dry since!  LOL, that might be a slight exaggeration but I love the water.  Lung capacity is everything in those challenges and if you apply to be on Survivor, it would behoove you to increase your lung capacity, learn how to make a fire, and increase your cardiovascular ability.

I'm glad the same tribe didn't go to tribal.  When it's clear how bad a particular tribe is with repetitive losses, it skews the numbers and stats.

Love Jeff Probst.  Such a cutie... and smart.
Title: Re: Survivor - Season 35 - Heroes, Healers, Hustlers

I agree she was good to get out. But I thought for sure they were going to vote the red head...scrolls down to get name, Well, heck, the pictures with names is not here as I post.
But you know who I mean. The tall lean guy that seemed to enjoy standing out and being loud.
It's kind of sad to see a player like Simone get on the show when there are so many who really would be much more prepared and great to watch and that got taken by her. Oh well, it's still good.

If Probst ever decides to leave the show, it will not be the same and that would leave some big shoes to fill. He has been a natural from the start and knows what buttons to push and questions to ask at tribal. And yes, he is pretty easy on the eyes.
I love seeing where they go and the beautiful islands and oceans.

i thought you would do well with your Squid ID. With all that underwater time and then having to push that stuff out of the screened in contraption. I think it looked easier then it was and it did not look that easy.

The tribe split to 3 different ones is a change they have done a few times and I do like it best too. It was another week of good tv.   Looking forward to seeing the next one.

BB Note....Not sure if you heard about this or not....Jessica and Cody were picked to be on Amazing Race. I will for sure be watching to see how this plays out. They will do either very good or it will be a disaster. Either way, fun to watch.

I had heard they were going to do A.R.  I won't be tuning in.  His neuroses and manic eyeballs are too much for me to take.  I am not interested in more of the two of them.  I hope you enjoy the show, though.  I've never watched A. R.

Good you heard about this. I will usually start to watch the first couple of shows but will not stick with it unless the people are interesting, fun or make it worth my time. I know I will check in just to see them outside of the BB time to see them in a whole new light.
I do understand your feelings and did not care for them at all in BB and were part of the reason why I took a break away from watching. Now my interest is there only because I am so curious to see if they are going to be much better on AR.

I enjoyed this past episode. Especially because Patrick got voted out.  dancing16.gif
He lost me as a fan when he decided to play the challenge by himself.  nono.gif
Not a team player at all. He has been pushing it from the start with his doings.
And they will never know if they could have won the chickens or the eggs if he would have passed and the gal who has played ball for the past 25 years probably could have done this with little trouble. They were all shouting at him and told him this but he continued to ignore them. He sure was mad at the end of the show for his good-bye message. He did not think he would get voted out. And the main words here are...he did not think.
Looking forward to seeing what will happen next week.  popcorn2.gif  mumbojumbo.gif

I just saw the episode a few minutes ago.  I fell asleep last night.  I think I'm glad Patrick is gone.  He is very immature.  When Jeff snuffed out his torch, he turned to his tribe and said something filthy that was edited out.  The expressions on the tribe's faces told me all I needed to know.  I will miss his lovely curly hair!  I loved his face, too.  He reminded me of an auburn-haired musketeer.  I can see that face in a feathered hat with swords drawn.   LOL.   I think the right person went home.

One more day and we will have another Survivor episode to watch.

WOW! Just noticed your red squid Halloween tag.  tumbsup.gif

And here I thought you would have the green hahaha one.

Dahlink....took me a few minutes to figure out what that work was and once I did,
I thought....yep, that's squid. Very cleaver.

Now I need to search and find the link for the Halloween templets that were posted.
I never remember anything any more like I used to. Geesch. embarrassed.gif

Alan is a bully.  He started to lighten up a bit in the last couple of episodes but in his core he is a bug-eyed bully.  I'm glad he went home.  I don't like bullies.

I am glad there was a tribe mix up.  They should do that more, I think.  It really creates stress and chaos.

Hope you're enjoying!

Pogo Survivor. Great idea. The badge could be our own scarf like they wear on the show.
Different colors represent how well we do in the challenge.

I was so surprised to see Alan get booted. And happy too.  dancing16.gif
Never cared for him at all. Bye-Bye. I had hopes he would not win or make it to jury.

Joe played this pretty darn good in order to make this happen.

Survivor has great production and the switch up of different tribes is a great idea.

I like this show lots better then this past Big Brother. Too much down time and still sore about the way it ended and too many couples. Hope the Celebrity version to come will be lots better.

Another good show this week. And the short look at what is coming for next week does not look so good. Yikes!
I will put more later. But wanted to stop by and do a little post.
Looking forward to hearing your feelings on who was voted out.
I was sad to see the end vote. But this is the way it goes with Survivor.

I have no gut reaction to Roark going home.  I think Chrissy was brilliant in planting those seeds in the heads of others so that they voted for Roark instead of her.  Roark got played.  I don't know how Ryan avoided the ax thusfar.  He's like a weak, little baby bird who can't get things done in the challenges.  He may be a nice guy but social game isn't everything.  I was happy for the red tribe getting the reward challenge.
Title: Re: Survivor - Season 35 - Heroes, Healers, Hustlers

Weak little baby bird is a good way to portray him.  hysterical.gif This made me lol.
In regards to Chrissy, she kind of started off the show in a shady way with not helping out the other girl and I can not remember her name but the other girl and ended up going. But that has not seemed to bother her game. She is hanging in there and she kept doing the challenge at the end and I thought she would get voted out then. This is one of the things that I do like about this show. You just never know what will happen next.
Looking forward to next weeks show.

The other woman was Katrina.  Please refer to your contestant photographs in the future.  LOL   hysterical.gif

The tribe pictures don't apply anymore since they reshuffled everyone.  The names are the same, though, obviously.  giggle2.gif

I have no clear favorites yet.  Some people are coasting, some are actually playing.  I'm giving Chrissy points right now but she has to be careful how much she plays people.  It could bite her in the arse one of these days.  I like that she's outplaying the young'uns, though!  lol
Title: Re: Survivor - Season 35 - Heroes, Healers, Hustlers

Oh heck. You silly  inkfish, sea arrow, calamari, cephalopod, cuttle.   blackcat2.gif  giggle2.gif

Roark became the first person on Healers beach to exit the game — in large part because she was the only Healer still on Healers beach, thanks to the tribe swap one episode earlier that left her stranded on Soko with Ryan and Ali of the Hustlers tribe, and Chrissy  and JP of the Heroes tribe. Over the course of Tribal Council, Roark declared herself a swing vote for the evening, while Chrissy pointed out that a different collection of three could team together to decide the impending outcome. She was the only Healer on the beach and got with Soto and that played with her game and out she went.

I used names!  hysterical.gif   blink.gif

I know what you mean about favorites. Seems to be too many yet and early in the game.
And with the change up with the different tribes, you get into a pace of going in one direction and then after the teams change, it all changes.

You're right.  Cole is being really selfish and piggish with the food.  He even said he thinks he deserves a bigger portion of the food.  I really hate thinking like that.  I would want him out.  He keep putting his mouth on everything that the community uses, which I find a bit disgusting... like double dipping with a chip (my Seinfeld reference)... lol

Always room for more.

It was great to see the merge to one tribe. It will be getting better and better.
Paul is something else. I agree.

So happy to see Jess voted out.

And very happy to see Outback fed those people before somebody died and got eaten by Cole.  giggle2.gif  He will eat anything!

The challenge of the keeping the ball inside the track of the circle looked easier then it really was. Another good show.

Paul?  Who's Paul?  The guy who sets up the obstacle courses for the show!?  hehehe   giggle2.gif

The circle/ball challenge was a good one.  That's hard to do while splitting your attention between keeping the ball going and getting your feet placed on the balance beam.  Desi and Ashley did great!

Joe is really getting on my nerves.  He's so brash and arrogant.  People who play that way are really making a social sacrifice in the game.  Bye, Joe!

Cole was eating cinnamon sticks!  Cole will be chewing the tarp before long.   Sorry to see the Cole-Jess mushy stuff go.  The virgin liked him.   giggle2.gif

Happy for the merge, it will be interesting to see where old loyalties wind up.   Yes, another good show.

Squid....you keep watching and keep us on our toes. Had me cracking up when I read what you wrote. It could be the guy who sets up the course and we have inside info on this.... giggle2.gif

I was so surprised the way Big Brother turned out. Paul is being crapped on left and right by being called a big bully.
Josh is talking like he planned this whole game and all that happened was due to what HE did. Balony!

At  least Survivor doesn't have as many couples like BB did. Never cared for the couples in these shows. But got to admit, both shows have had a few great couples that went on to marry and have a family.

I do like the way these shows have different people for a variety. Makes it more interesting.
For example, Cole should be gone. He fished and ate it and did not share. Yep, he was hungry but so was everyone else.
He went full "Caveman" and ate everything he could find. I don't know if he is really as much of a nit wit as he puts on.
But as soon as I write this....I have a dear friend who wants to adopt Cole if he doesn't win and take care of him.
She keeps saying things like..that poor thing is just so starved. He just needs food.   rolleyes.gif

So different strokes for different folks.

Mainly happy the show is on to have something to do during our cold winter nights.
Make Christmas gifts and watch Survivor. Sounds like a good plan to me.  tumbsup.gif  And stay in a nice warm home.

Cole is so selfish!  Did you see Cole dive on Chrissy when she was pretending to dig for the idol (Ryan already had it)?  My vote would be to oust Cole.  Joe is too conniving for my taste and too much of a bully.  I don't know if I'm for anyone in particular yet but I know I really dislike the steamrollers.

That was pretty smart of Chrissy to act like she was digging for an idol instead of trying to fill in that hole. It made it all look even more legit that the idol was there.

I think Chrissy is very smart.  The problem is that everyone knows she's smart and it might scare them.  I like it when smart people win the game.  She's smart and she's clever and she's social.  She may not be the best at the challenges but she gets in there and gives it her all.  I like her.

Does Ryan know how Chrissy covered for him during that idol dig?  Does Chrissy definitely know that Ryan has the idol?

Yes, Ryan and Chrissy know. And Ryan could not keep his mouth shut. In case you did not see the show this week, I will not write about it so I won't spoil it for you.
I must say, I am delighted and happy to see who got voted out.  dancing16.gif
Another good show and looking forward to the next one.

Yes, I saw the show.  So glad Cole is gone - he couldn't deal with the hunger and was so, so selfish.  He might be a nice guy but was not a team player at all.  Ryan is telling everyone he has the idol.  He's hoping to make friends by confiding in them.  He should be careful, they might see him as a threat as an idol finder.  Plus, he's playing both ends against the middle.  You can't be friends/allies with EVERYONE.  I thought Desi (the only jury member at the last show) looked so beautiful when she came out.

That old fat lady has lost some weight, have you noticed?  She's also very muscular so she can endure.  She may lack agility but she's got stamina.

I really enjoyed the 2 hour show. Lauren was a beast at the comps!
I had hopes CJ would be able to last longer but he seemed to be a very silent player.
Chrissy did excellent on the spell the word challenge. And she was having a tough time to get to the end too.
Seems like a lot of people will be happy to have finally gotten their wish for Joe.
What a night. Great show.

I hope Lauren can hang in...I like her...she was labeled the old fat lady early on and has shown she can kick some azz....I like an under dog winner...Chrissy bugs me bad for some reason and ryan and mike are irritating too..Ben is ok but he is to manipulative...the girls are gonna get tired of him soon I think...

I like it when they get a letter from home and read it on air. It gives a nice insight into their heartfelt feelings and more real emotion into why they are there.
I have always liked Lauren and hoped she would get out there and shine. She sparkles now and hope this continues.
I feel the same with Ben. But not as fond of him at first as Lauren. But as time has gone on he also has shown a more softer side and really like how he has played the game to throw off the others. It worked for him and also raised him a few levels in wanting to see him get to the top.
Chrissy has played with such a double standard that has had me not caring for her at all. She has the know how on how Survivor plays out and does pretty well. But there is just something about the game play that rubs me the wrong way. She did so well this last challenge and if she could just tweek her way a bit....then maybe I could put her up there in one who I would like to see at the end. So far she is not there in my opinion.
I had hope for JP the fireman who looked great on my tv screen. But he just seemed too quiet and like a fish out of water. If he would have lasted longer then maybe he could have come out of his shell and been awesome. But he was slow to glow like the others and waited too long and out he went. I hardly saw any thing about him from show to show other then looking at a very strong built young man who should have gotten a lot closer to the end then some of the ones who are still there.
I am not happy to see Doc Mike or Ryan or Chrissy still there. And would not be unhappy to see them booted. Of these three, I do give Chrissy top score for her knowledge of the game. Doc Mike has an ego that so many doctors in my area share. And that ego makes him very much not liked. He does things like playing his idol for no good reason but because he is a doctor and has to be center of the game spot light on him for stupid reasons other then he thinks he is better. I will jump for joy when he goes.
I also feel  Ryan and Chrissy are not worthy with the way they play. One day they are not talking to someone and the minute that someone shows they are getting ahead, they turn around and want to be best friends. This is not the way Survivor is played and of all people, I am surprised to see Chrissy try to do this with Lauren. I was pleased to see Lauren was too smart and saw right through Chrissy.

The 2 hour show was exciting and not boring at all. Survivor is once again a great show and glad to see they are keeping it top notch.
I hope to be feeling this way at the end. Depends on who ends up winning.
But, that's survivor and the fun.

I am grateful to all who serve and I want our service people taken care of upon return, whatever the issue may be.  I wish Ben would stop talking about how flawed he now is as a result of that service.  Part of me wants to say to him to deal with it by whatever means necessary, become as whole as possible and to do it gracefully.  Sometimes, it seems that people will use it for extended periods of time as a crutch at times of adversity in civilian life.  I want him helped.  I want him happy.  I want him to know his country is grateful.  I, also, want grace.

sad.gif I am really sorry to see Lauren leave. She took it pretty well too. Not me.  girls18.gif

Why the others did the vote to all one person was a real dumb move too.
In the past they have voted so many for one and so many for another.

But not this time leaving Ben in full control!  embarrassed.gif embarrassed.gif embarrassed.gif embarrassed.gif embarrassed.gif embarrassed.gif embarrassed.gif embarrassed.gif

Most confused set of tribal counsel voters in all time of watching Survivor for me.

It was great to see the family members of all of them.

Well, we move on to seeing what the next episode will bring. I will miss Lauren.

I agree 100% with what you said, Cat.  I also think Ben is a big jerk after last night's show.  He treated Chrissy terribly - and after she was really very loyal to him.  Now he knows everyone is gunning for him.  He looked so smug after the vote last night.  I think he is stupid to think that smugness will last very long.   Now I want him gone.

I wonder if Chrissy will take Ben to the end with her to insure she will win. If she can make it that far???

I can't imagine any of the others wanting Ben to win now especially after they all voted him to be gone.

It ended up being a pretty darn smart move on his part. He may have done the outwit, and outplay last night but now he has to OutLast. Not so sure how he will pull that off now.

Just wish he would have targeted someone like Doc Mike or Ryan and left Lauren alone.

Oh well, will see what happens next week.

I think Ben is a buffoon.  Good job, Ben, you were lucky enough to find another idol just prior to this week's tribal council but you act like a complete idiot, rubbing everyone's faces in it, which will only kill you down the road.  They will either vote you out as soon as they can or, if you are miraculously able to make it to the finals, you won't get a single vote for the money.  YOUR SOCIAL GAME SUCKS!  You may have some cunning... you may have some physical ability... you may have some endurance... but you do not have the respect of your fellow contestants and THAT will bite you in the ass at the end.

I don't hate Chrissy.  I think she's smart and can play the game.  If a man were doing what she is, most people would say he's outplaying, outwitting, etc.  I think Ryan is a waffler, going wherever the current loyalty will best serve him.  Ben is a bully, I hope he gets kicked to the curb.  I like Devon although he has really coasted this whole season.  He has lasted ONLY because he's so likable.  Mike is ok... I guess... he has played the game a bit, I s'pose, but I'm not a huge fan.   Out of all of them, Ben and Chrissy have played the best but Ben's a big 'ol mean ogre.... I want him out.  I may be rooting for Chrissy, now that I'm thinking about it, but she won't win because it will become a battle of testosterone vs. estrogen and she's the only female left.

Title: Re: Survivor - Season 35 - Heroes, Healers, Hustlers

I wanted to be sure to stop by to see who everyone was wanting to win tonight.
Pogo sure has been keeping us busy and wanted to get todays stuff done so can relax and watch.

I keep wondering how anyone would like Mike to be his doctor??? Where he gets his ideas....who knows? But I would never want him for my doctor and if he were my doctor before he was on Survivor, I would be finding a different one and fast.  giggle2.gif  Unless he is pure genius in the real world and takes time to think his ideas through instead of starving on an island surrounded by brain cell eating anythings to make you look and act like a stupid idiot with no brain. undecided.gif

He keeps doing and saying pretty much the same stupid stuff and doesn't learn. Not my favorite as you can see.

A friend calls Ryan, mr underpants. Because it looks to us as if that is what he is wearing and has been wearing from the start. Those same red underpants.  hysterical.gif  I can't get that out of my head.
He teamed up with Chrissy from the start and those 2 have stuck together and I see the 2 of them having a good chance to the end.  But....

I still can not decide who the jury will vote for the win between them if this is what plays out.

My nightmare, to win this game, is Ben. He can be a good guy and showed a good side when he backed down according to plan during part of the game. I started to like him a bit and thinking maybe he wouldn't be a bad one to win. But he just can't help himself and he has to be him! He is a jerk.

But I remember the very first guy who won Survivor and walked around the beach and camp and any place he wanted with out wearing one stitch of clothes on at all 99 percent of the time. Any one remember him? He made it a point to irritate every single person he was with. And this was all new so it really hit everyone watching right between the eyes. I think his name was Richard Hatch. Anyone remember him? The game has come a long way since that time and thankfully for the better.

But I am undecided to say who is going to win because I don't have a good read on the Jury.
Rachel is going to do all she can to keep Chrissy from winning. And Devon too. He stabbed her in the back and I don't know if she will give him her vote to win.

So, that leaves me with thinking Ben is going to win. Did I just write that? I guess I did.
So, Ben is my prediction because of who is in the jury.

winter20.gif  I can feel the snowballs hitting me as I sign off. Enjoy the show all.  popcorn2.gif

I hate it when people go for sympathy votes.  I FULLY appreciate Ben's service but he just goes on completely regarding the trauma of military service.  I would have voted against him just for that.  Votes should go to game play, game behavior, etc.  He was a big ol' meanie and a finder of immunity idols.  That's it.  Chrissy should have won.

Taking a cautious look around the corner to be sure I will not get hit by a bunch of snowballs
before posting this morning.   Okay, so far nothing headed my way. Phew.

I have such mixed feelings about the show last night. I have some family staying with us and they have been watching since the start too. Last night was a shocker to them.

I slept with one eye open in case I was to awaken with black marker drawings of glasses drawn around my eyes and a mustache and who knows what else they could have come up with to draw. It was just a gut feeling to pick Ben. He never gave up looking for those idols. And production always had one out there. Why were the others not looking also? Especially when Ben would find them over and over again.
And then the twist at the end to have 2 go against each other to make fire. There was no doubt that Chrissy was going to take Ryan with her and that left Devon to try to beat Ben. And then when Devon was doing practice to make fire, he could not do it. And instead of doing what ever he could to keep trying to be sure he could make a fire. he seemed to just get up and did nothing. I wanted to knock him in the head.
I wish it would have been a close call between them and have them both at the very least make a fire. But, nope. Did not happen. We all sat here looking at the TV screen and not saying a word.

And then the rest followed that I agree with Gran about with Chrissy and her defense. Chrissy played an excellent game when it came to the challenges.

Even the young girl in the audience voted for Ben and I think it was because he kept hunting for those idols while the others slept. I don't think that young girl based her decision on Ben and his military service. I believe she watched him go out time after time and hunt and look to move on and never give up. I do not remember seeing anyone find so many idols.

Who better win then a Vet from military service who worked and kept trying over and over and he showed his negative behavior with his social game and it all fit into what his life is like because of his past. And that came through so real to where you did not want to see him win but a little voice in my head was saying...he is not that bad to NOT win. He never gave up. He was mean. But he was nice too. Not a lot. But he had his moments.

And in the end, I have had a whole lot of fun and laughs and a show that was talked about with so many.
This past year has brought with it some sadness in my world with the passing of close family and then our cat who we have had for 20 years.
This made it a way to get our minds off of some of the real life stuff that happens to us all at one time or another.
But in the end, it did bring some time to just have fun and meet up with others who also like a certain TV show and we get time to talk about the ups and downs and enjoy and play.

So, I want to thank Mayhem for having this really great place to come and be together. And for all the time and work he puts towards helping us know what the heck is going on because people like myself need those reminders or notices and it is all here. Plus the really nice background decor. Oh heck, I could go on and on but I know everyone knows what I'm talking about. I have gotten so much help with computer problems and that is just one of many. It's the people and company.

And I also want to take this time to thank each and every one for being here with me and putting up with this old lady and her inability with remembering names  rolleyes.gif  or whatever else you have to put up with me. I only have 2 sons and will still call one by the others name once in a while.  rolleyes.gif  This is a great place to just come and read and relax.
And I hope more of our Guests will take a chance and post and give it a try and join in. It won't take long and you will be happy to have a place where you can say HI or get help with a Pogo issue or just talk about a TV show. Or even start a topic of something you would enjoy.

So, I will now get the heck off of here. But I do want to wish each and every single person a very happy holiday and hopes of love to fill your hearts so you can get that warm feeling of things are good and hope of it going to be okay. And peace to all. Happy new year too.

What a beautiful post, Cat.  I suppose I can't argue with any of it.  Congrats to Ben - I really do wish him well.

Just one final comment:  I really like Devon.  Really.   Having said that, I will call him a HUGE knucklehead for stopping practicing making a fire when he had the advantage of knowing what task lay before him vs Ben, who knew nothing of what was coming.  Devon said that he was having trouble making practice fires and he was stopping so he could be well rested.  WHAT?  Is striking a flint THAT tiresome, especially when a seat at the final tribal is at stake?  What a twit!  It became clear to me at that moment that Devon is used to NOT having to work hard at things - typical surfer dude.  I lived among surfer dudes.  He's just like them.  If Devon sat at the final tribal with Chrissy and Ryan, Devon might have won.  I am sitting here shaking my head.  LOL.  I wish him well, too, he is very likable.

Next stop:  Celebrity Big Brother in January.

Happy Hanukkah and Merry Christmas to all.  I love this forum.

I laugh at the people saying...it was rigged for Ben...lol...the jury voted for him....Prove to me the jury was bought off or tamperd with and we can talk...the jury gave Ben the win...and i think it was Ben answering a Joe question that brought on the PTSD military talk...Crissy did play a good game but she just didn't have the jury on her side...If Devon had been F3 I think he would have beat Crissy too...Bottom line is was and always will be...if the jury doesn't like you as a person...you won't win....

Ben talked about the military, PTSD, the marines, etc. throughout the whole season.

Who's saying the win was rigged?  I haven't heard that.

I think the two most important things for Survivor are the social aspect to the game and physical ability.  Almost everything else can be forgiven because they are all doing it and it's part of the game.

Oh, ok, tx.  I don't follow TV on social media.  I don't feel like it was rigged and unless someone has proof, it's irresponsible to say so.
