Have you tried using a different web browser to see if that solves the issue?

The EXACT same thing is happening to me while using the PB auto.

I'm not sure if they're using the auto or not, but I am and it's doing as they described. The auto says it only works with IE or Edge. And it doesn't work with either.
Check to make sure it shows "100%" on the bottom-right corner of the browser window. If it's set to anything else, it will cause issues.
I checked. It's at 100%. Also, I'm minimizing the screen so there's desktop showing all around, just like they tell us to.
Just completed a badge using Edge with no issues while doing it. So it is working for me. Do not minimize the screen. That is the issue that is causing you problems.

I don't have edge, just IE11 on the den computer. PB's instructions always state to minimize the browser window, but I did try NOT minimizing it and still had the problem.
I would guess IE is the problem. I never use IE but I always keep browser maximized. I have never minimized screen for any auto.

I didn't update that computer to 10 so I don't have Edge. You're talking about Play Buddy, right? Because one of their consistent trouble shooting steps is to minimize the window so that you can see desktop on all sides. But like I said, I tried it non-mini too and it didn't work.
I tried IE last night auto did not work for me on that particular browser. It just sat there doing nothing. I really do not use autos that much unless it is a game to which I do not like. Yes I was talking about Play Buddy.
