The PlayBuddy ecommerce provider is experiencing a registration server error which is preventing customers from registering their software manually.
They are working to resolve the issue, but an ETA is unknown.
In the meantime, you can repurchase "through the Buddy" and then contact PlayBuddy for a refund.
They realize this is extremely inconvenient, but would like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding while they get this issue resolved.

Try totally uninstalling PB from your system, clean your system and reinstall. If that doesn't work, you may want to email support@playbuddy.com (mailto:support@playbuddy.com) for assistance.
Because I have three machines that have the buddy app on them, whenever I replace a machine installing the buddy is always an epic fail until I contact PlayBuddy admin and they release it somehow. As far as I am concerned it's all magic. I love magic.
