Yes, it is true. I went into a bar last night and former VP Joe Biden was sitting at the counter here in Boise, Idaho. So, I went up and sat beside him. The 10 o'clock news came on and the TV scanned to a 30 store building with a "jumper" on the ledge. So, I mentioned to Mr Biden, I'll bet you $10 that he jumps...he said sure "I'll bet he don't"...so in a few minutes sure enough he jumped to his death...so sad. I got to feeling guilty so I offered to give Mr Biden his $10 back because I said I saw this earlier on the 5 o'clock news. Mr Biden said, "that is OK" because I saw it earlier...and "I didn't think he would jump again".
