They might be replacing some of them. I keep getting surveys to fill out on what kind of games I play and like. With Java and flash going they do not have much of a choice and maybe at a later time they will bring back some of them.

I have a feeling some of us might not be renewing our membership if they keep this up without any replacements.

I will keep going on. It might not be the best as it was but I enjoy most of the games here as I can play them by hand. It is sad that they have to drop many of the games.

These games might not be gone forever. Pogo has stated that :

With Java and Flash technologies being phased out across the internet, we will be retiring some of the Java and Flash games on Pogo in June and July. Please note that while these games are going away, there is always the possibility some will be updated and brought back later.

I totally understand that Pogo may revamp some of these games and bring them back but I am not filled with great confidence.  I don't want to be a downer but guess I am in regard to this...

I understand where you're coming from ... I'm a bit skeptical as well.

I just want to add that Chuzzle Slots (which was not on any of the lists) will be retiring on May 21st.

If you have any unfinished badges or haven't ranked out on it yet - now is the time to do it.

I don't think those bucket games are very popular.

There are so many games leaving us, but always new 1's coming. I personally wish they would get rid of some of the card games. Way too many for me. Its killing  my mouse. LOL

Anything they remove/revamp will have "in-game purchases" added to the update.

That does seem to be the trend.

I think Club members should get a break on in-game purchases - just like we do on HOG episodes.

Greetings,
What does this mean?  Will POGO add Badges?
Thanks

It means that games we used to be able to play and win without having to buy powerups are being revamped into games where powerups have to be purchased to win.

Like all of the new releases, they make the games so hard or time restrictive that you have to buy powerups or episodes to win or even just play at all.

I think its terrible that we have to buy powerups to win a game for a badge.  sad.gif

I agree .. we pay enough already for the membership, HOG episodes and Mix-n-Match badges.

I for one will not renew my club membership when these games go. I play euchre for fun and its nice to be able to talk to people while you play, there must be some other solution than to just take all of these games away, there will be nothing and no one left on the site!

I think Pogo's business model has gone askew!

With how many games are being retired, I'm interested in seeing what their final lineup will be.
