Someone wants to quit POGO and she has a nice Badge total (over 12,000). She said too much time and too many Gems. I know the POGO's screen name cannot be changes. Do I need to change her Pogo email? As if I put several Hundred's of Dollars can she just change her password. I could easily get her over 13,000 Badges. Now, she wants to keep her email account, all of her contacts are associated with it.

BTW the EA help page was somewhat helpful
Added...this is a bad idea. I was not thinking. Over 3000 Gems plus several download games that are no longer available.
It sounds like she has some time invested in the account.
