I've had the "pleasure" of contacting Pogo Support. First, allow yourself some time. Be prepared: Have a clear concise description of your problem...do not be wordy. Have your eMail and screen name ready. In my case the exact name of the Badge I was not awarded "Kitchen Krazed" in pogo game Crazy Cakes 2, and the date it was won. Additionally, when on chat, pay attention to what the representative is asking. Do not get wordy.
Hopefully, your experience will be more pleasurable.
