The Lunar New Year Celebration starts February 3rd!
Mark your calendars, because an epic new four-week-long event begins on February 3rd – the Lunar New Year Celebration!
As the Year of the Rat comes to a close, the Year of the Ox begins. But before all that can take place, Rat and Ox need to throw a proper celebration. You can help make it all happen by completing five special event Challenges – the epic Master Challenge, plus one Challenge from each of the four weeks.
If you can complete the five event Challenges before time runs out, you'll earn a beautiful new Limited Edition Badge that brings the whole celebration to life.
The fun starts on February 3rd and all required event challenges must be completed by 11:59pm on March 2nd.

I guess this was the new year celebration Pogo was talking about. Not the Jan. 1 New Year.

As long as it does not include Snowbird Solitaire. Almost any other games would be lovely for a challenge.
