i have purchased gems twice and it did not show up i think these people are cheaters and thugs

I've had this issue before myself. They were pretty quick to solve the issue.

In addition to the above information, do the following. Check your records.

Go to My Account on opening screen...you will need to enter your password.

Then go to Billing and Subscription
