For those who don't use cheats, use your Anagram Solver (https://www.pogocheats.net/anagram-solver/) to make quick work of this challenge. Just click on the "Show Advanced Options" button and select the "Anagrams (Pogo)" dictionary file.

You may also want to try using the default dictionary if not enough 6-letter word results are showing.

For Anagrams I was able to get the badge using Challenge > Boarding Pass > Level 37

Has anyone found any better levels?

I found the following:  Challenge > Boarding Pass >

Level 34   -   4 six letter words
Level 35   -   8 six letter words
Level 36   -   Ooops, I forgot
Level 37   -   4 six letter words
Level 38   -   2 six letter words
Level 39   -   7 six letter words  <<< ONLY six letter words.  Faster.
Level 40   -   2 six letter words
