I thought they nerfed the program a long time ago to the point where it wasn't even worth it anymore?

Nope, I was still getting my $10 a month for my 1 account until today when I tried to redeem it again.

I see in their statement:

"Use Bing correctly for regular searches. If you do so, your account can be restored automatically."

I'm assuming you are doing a search on Bing, but not clicking on any of the search results?

That is what I used to do, but I've been clicking results and waiting for them to load. I've been restricted for a few months and the last redeemed card was set to automatically redeem and it went thru. And I had to reset the auto redeem each time and when I checked it was blank so I tried to redeem but can't. Also, the free entries into drawings gave me the same errors.
