Paid once for bingbot, got new computer need new registration

Hi, first off i'd like to say I've really enjoyed using the bing search bot.

but I need help now, I paid for the program on my netbook which is proving very unreliable, as a result I got a new computer . do I seriously have to pay another 10 dollars? cuz that would be the shittiest
please help
