Hello Pogo Community,

The Pogo team is aware of an issue in which the latest version of the Mozilla Firefox browser is causing the HTML 5 games to operate slowly. This is version 66.0 of Firefox.

The Pogo team is investigating the issue and I'll keep you posted here with updates. We recommend using the Google Chrome browser at this time.

Thank you for your patience as they work to fix the issue.

I thought so. I was having issues yesterday with Firefox. Switched browsers and had no issues.

Yeah I noticed awhile ago, been using Chrome mostly for them

RubyLee

You're welcome!

I see that FireFox 66.0.1 is available, but things are still running slowly on it.

I agree it is still slow on certain games. It is a hit and miss for me. I did update Firefox to the newest version.

Mayhem

It's pretty choppy in Tri-Peaks Solitaire. I haven't tested it on any other games yet.

Trizzle was a problem but that has cleared up. I agree Tri-Peaks is choppy.

Mayhem

FireFox 66.0.2 update yesterday hasn't solve this issue either.

Nope it has not. I have been using Edge with no issues.

Mayhem

Yeah, but I do prefer Firefox for some games so I hope this issue gets resolved soon.

Me too. Firefox has always been my browser for Pogo but lately cannot play most of the html games. Hopefully they can figure out what the problem is.

Mayhem

FireFox 66.0.3 update yesterday appears to have fixed the issues with HTML 5 games.

They are running smoothly for me now.

I use Edge for those for HTM games, for some of them & ER for others. It works too.  tumbsup.gif
