The only reason I'm not too upset about this game (yet) is that I'm not that high of a level.
Nothing spoils a good story like the arrival of an eyewitness.

Some levels add another feature to make the game more challenging.  The rain is part of the game in those levels.  I know of nothing that can prevent it.  Into every life a little rain must fall!
