I tried my level best but sadly there is no option available to grant badges manually.

I remember when Pogo was POGO  and if you had problem they fixed it, no haggling or other such nonsense.

This saga seems to never end.  Unfortunately, several people have the same identical problem.  I was amazed after reading Pogo's Forum.  I am fully aware of these hard times...but this has been going on for a long time.

Additionally, There are 3 Games that have similar progress issues. Except for Cookie Connect Pogo/EA Support resolved the problem by awarding the Badges.
They were
Crazy Cakes 2 (Badge "Kitchen Krazed")
Pogo Slots (2 Badges "Niles Nosh and Reel-y Fun")
Cookie Connect (3 Badges "Move 500, Move 1500 and Move 2000)
Cookie Connect (3 Badges "5-Moves 25, 5-Moves 50 and 5-Moves 100")

After 15 years, time for me to move on. Easy reason...Pogo/EA support. They were unable to help with a Cookie Connect progression Badge (Actually 3 of them)...called the Move 500, Move 1500 and Move 2000. Wow, several calls and no success. So that was the "straw" that broke my back.

Good luck...BTW others feel the same way.

It appears Pogo has fixed the 500, 1500 & 2000 Move Badges.  Have received for the 4 accounts I've been helping.
