Ok, I ran my system Care Pro again and it has a defrag in it so everything was done again... I then rebooted and downloaded again and same error. I even downloaded 2 other cheats and same thing, the setup has stopped working. These worked on my XP, but I must be doing something wrong on my Vista

I get the same thing! Everytime I try to download a cheat it does the same thing. Only noticed it in the past couple of weeks. Never had a problem before, and I have Vista too. I just tried downloading and running that cleaner. Haven't rebooted yet to see if it still does it or not. I will try it and see whats happens.

OK, I just got a few emails from them, they want me to download a program, so they can gain access to my comp to try and figure out what is causing the problems. They want me to download this program: http://www.teamviewer.com/index.aspx I just want to know if this is safe?? Thanks. :)

This program will allow them to basically control your whole computer by the other person. They will be able to "see" your desktop as you see it. Therefore, they will be able to see exactly what happens when the error occurs, what it says and then can check your settings or make any adjustments to your computer to try to get the autos to work.
Now....the question is.....do you trust them to allow access to your computer. In order to do it...you must be there to allow them access...and they cant just take it over when you are not there or anytime they want to. Alot of companies use this type of program because their IT department may not be in the same building, city or even state.
If it were me and I couldnt get my cheats to work, I would do it since I can sit there and watch and see what they are doing while they are trying to fix my problem.

OK, I was just curious what others thought. I had to do the same thing with Dell earlier this year when I bought my new comp. It kept crashing on me, and they basically had to do the same thing. But I was here and watched the whole thing. And it was a different application they used.

If the "them" is pogo - I would never let them near my computer. I have used that program with Microsoft and it allowed them to see what keystrokes I was doing in a program. I think it duplicates what is going on with your computer so should show them the error better.
