Greetings,
I've had the "pleasure" of contacting Pogo Support.  First, allow yourself some time. Be prepared: Have a clear concise description of your problem...do not be wordy.  Have your eMail and screen name ready.  In my case the exact name of the Badge I was not awarded "Kitchen Krazed" in pogo game Crazy Cakes 2, and the date it was won.  Additionally, when on chat, pay attention to what the representative is asking.  Do not get wordy. 
Hopefully, your experience will be more pleasurable.
No it doen't help to have been drinking wine.

Hey JUD... WE ARE NOT POGO and we hate caps so STOP IT!!

As for Pogo, yes system busy is the thing right now.

Actually, I can't connect to Pogo either. They are having issues right now.
