No its not, this shows true weaknes in the average player. It should be either "Bowl 15 games with no open frames" Or "Bowl 10 games where you get 200 or more points in 4 weeks" Or "Bowl 2 Games Where You Get 200 Points Or More in 2 Days!"

As a side note, I found a post here somewhere that offered a custom setting so I decided to try it out...it works so good for me that I have to babysit it so that it doesn't play overly well. At one point I had 8 strikes in a row! This shot consistently plays out to the mid to high 200's.
I can't seem to post a screenshot of the damn setting so here is the link to the photobucket album it's in. It's the only image there. Click on the image to see it full size:
