This seems to be a pogo problem.  I got mine just fine but my friend had a hell of a time loading the table. >:(

If that happens, losing on purpose and going back to stone 1 give you a Bust Protector for that go around.

I didn't have any trouble getting in.  Be sure and use your "bust protector" the next hand after you get it. If you wait until you go to the next round, you won't get another one in that round.  Did that make sense?  ???
