I love the water too, but I usually stay closer to shore than what this guy did. The older I get, the more vulnerable I feel. You can't protect yourself in the water like you can on land - just too many variables.

I give you full credit for being so adventurous though!  tumbsup.gif

I'm a water person... they seem very close to shore to me.  I'm a certified SCUBA diver.... I've gone so far out that I couldn't see land anymore.

I'm just amazed how far people will go away from shore. If something were to happen (like this), it's long swim back.

Cool!  Nurse sharks are fairly harmless to humans, being bottom feeders, but will use their serrated teeth on anything that provokes them!  It's a beautiful fish.
This guy had the presence of mind to continue recording while trying to escape swimming backwards.   Yikes!
