Yes, they are usually really prompt but they must be backlogged on something.

I know it can be frustrating.  PB is usually good about a prompt response but sometimes it takes a bit longer.

I have sent 2 bug reports so far another today as chapter 12 isn't working either. It just sits there and does nothing! really getting old.Tried chome and edge. I give up

Sometimes this happens to me when Pogo has changed the graphics a little bit. I'm mostly wondering why you're having problems sending a bug report? What's happening when you try?

Can you give us a specific chapter you're working on that is giving you trouble so that we can try and see what we get?

Hi all I need help with undiscovered world. It stops working after one chapter where it shows the red checks where objects are. I've tried all my browsers and it just won't work. tried to send bug report but thats not working for me either. please advs wat I'm foing wrong, this driving me nuts. ty in advance
