People sue, and people WIN lawsuits over the most ridiculous things in the world. After the whole McDonald's fiasco in which a teenage girl sued McDonald's for contributing to her obesity and health problems, that was it for me, I just turn the radio or T.V. off when I hear stuff like that. Stupid people shouldn't breed, period. *Steps Off SoapBox*

Jazlyn and Ashley lost their frivolous lawsuit ;)  I had no idea that 4 meals of fast food per day was BAD for me!

To win the silliest lawsuits, the silly plantiff must, must, must have substantial evidence to support their case. Most don't. Most show up with nothing but an evil grin and arrogant attitude. I had to beat my head against the desk in order to sit through hundreds of these cases.

I don't understand...someone is upset because they aren't getting red 3's while the opponent might get dealt more than one? Card games are all somewhat random. What can you do... they can't sue Pogo over it. There's no "expert" in the field of canasta statistics that any one person could bank on knowing exactly what cards should be dealt when there's that many decks in a game. Maybe I'll start a lawsuit cause I have no Texas Hold Em badges yet...

Anything in my Pogo mail, I delete except for something from someone I know. I don't play Canasta, but whoever did that spreadsheet, they REALLY need a life.

I have my pogo mail on, but I just skim any forwards I get, laugh and hit delete.  I got one yesterday about how pogo is going to start chargeing for badges (for the 50th time in a month it seems) Didn't pogo take care of this already or am I wrong?

Someone definitely has too much time on their hands if they have to make a spreadsheet about red 3's in Canasta. Pretty lame, in my opinion. But, I have heard what you're talking about, comes with all the gossip in the Pogo chat rooms. That's why I generally keep my chat off all the time.
