I doubt if anyone will reply to this as we all love Mayhem, but once you get a new ip wouldn't you lose the accounts when you went to log in to them again?

Also, this should of been posted in off topic not general Pogo

Background:

I'm a software engineer and have created my own home-brew bing bot (not using pogo cheats). I've also created a program to fetch new random ips from my isp, or previous ones leased to me. I just finished my code for creating massive amounts of accounts and I'm wonodering, since you are limited to creating 3 new accounts per ip:

Should I create 3 accounts with the same address on the same ip, request new ip, then create 2 new accounts with the previous address (so now have 5 accounts same address), OR

Use full 3 account creates per ip - create 3 accounts, request new ip, then create 2 accounts from previous address, and last account from new address using the same ip.

Creating 3 accounts per ip in batches of 5 for a house hold means 1 account is linked per ip, unless I create accounts in the following manner: 3, 2, 3, 2 , 3

How important is the ip logged when an account is created?
