In Rainy Day:  When an ace or a scratch card is the sole card in the column, the card frequently freezes and can't be played/moved.  If you bring up the next pile of cards, the stuck card will eventually be freed but if you have no more piles of cards, you'll have to give up and start over.

Has anyone had freezing issues with this game?

No freezing issues here but I've had cards get stuck in Rainy Day - they won't budge.  Grrr
