I've been asked to create a choir practice announcement flyer, to post on our facebook group, but I don't know how. I've tried looking in Word, inserting an image and adding text over it, but it doesn't work. I tried a couple of online meme sites, but I just can't figure it out. I want a nice image rather than just typing the information. Can anyone help me figure out how to do this?  The lady requesting this wants something like this:

HARK! 'Tis the season to sing of the birth of our Savior. Please join us for choir practice in the chapel, immediately after church, on November 24th, December 8th, and December 15th.

Any ideas? It should be on an image with musical notes or something like that.
