Are you using CC or Paypal? I used PP, it went through, and it's been taken out of PP account, but no gems yet.

What do you mean an upper limit on the number of gems?
I bought the 750 package.

And thank you Gigi for the number, I called and they told me to wait 72 hours and see if they show up. I told them they always showed immediately before, never had to wait, so we shall see.

Anybody know how to contact Pogo via phone? I just paid for a crapload of gems and didn't get them.
I searched their customer service (haha) and can't find a number.
