They say they've sent the problem to their special support people and I have to be patient.  Interpretation:  We, here at Pogo, are hoping that enough time will go by that you just forget about all of this.

That's really odd Pogo doesn't want to award you the badge. If there were any glitches, that's on them.

The screenshot was what came up when I was playing and completed the last level, having skipped over level 4.  When I refreshed the page, it showed all levels completed even though I never did level 4.  My second account was done normally.  I still don't have badges in either account.  I'm so tired of Pogo fights.

Oh, I'm confused by your screenshot above. It showed all of them complete - except level 4. Which is odd, because they have to be done in order.
