As CM said, it's because the new costumes are locked and you're on the wrong screen. I might be confused at what you're asking, but this problem here (you being on the wrong tab) wouldn't have anything to do with PlayBuddy, and everything to do with you and/or Pogo. That's a Pogo screen, not a PlayBuddy error.

As Squid said, mayhaps too much boxed wine?

you first need to change to your unlocked costumes as that picture shows you are on the locked costumes.

Greetings,
