Sounds really good GoneFishin.....If you make the recipe how many people does it feed?

This is my favorite for breakfast. I find it doesn't take 50 minutes to bake.
It's great if you have a lot of people for breakfast.
I've also made this with cubed ham in it too!

6 cups hashbrowns cubed thawed.
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
2 T minced onions
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
Topping:
2 cups coarsely crushed Corn Flakes
1/4 cup butter

Mix soup, sour cream, onions, salt and cheese and butter in a bowl.  Add potatoes stirring thoroughly to coat.  Spread in greased 9 x 13 pan.  Mix Corn flakes and butter together, spread on top of potatoes.  Bake at 350 for 50 minutes until golden brown.  Enjoy!
