new game-omaha

ive read on another site about yet another new game called omaha,which what i can make out is another poker game,i wonder if anyone could find out more details about this :o

It is played just like hold-em but you get 4 cards in your hand. (in the sense that there is a flop, turn and river) It usually has a high and low though higher limits usually are strictly high.  High limit players don't like to split the pot with low hand players.  I used to deal poker in a casino, if you have more questions just let me know.

  Oh, just dandy! I love high stakes but not a texas fan at all. That's just me though. Amazing thing is how easy you can get your badge hands in high stakes lol. I still say texas poker is the hardest game to earn badges in. I truly hope the same badge rule will not apply in Omaha

i wonder which is gonna happen first:  jay leno retiring and conan o brian taking his spot on the tonight show in 2009 or new games coming out on pogo - ie lottso omaha gonzo pizza delivery volcano blackjack etc ;)
