If it's not already on the web, upload it to the web. You can use ImageShack to do this.

If you use imageshack, just copy the 1st link for forums and paste that link here.

If you don't have a link, but know the address of the picture just click on

and paste the address of the picture between

tags.

To find out the address of a picture just right click on it. Then click on properties.
