I would greatly appreciate some help.  I'd like to use this image as part of my sig, but I can't resize it.  The full size 320x240; if that could be cut in half, it would be perfect.  I've tried resizing pics before, but for some reason it never took.

No, unfortunately.  I can't find any program on my PC that will save it with the .JIF extension.  Besides the standards (.GIF, .JPG, .PNG), I saw .TIF and .JFIF.
