here ya go.

Right click on the picture and save it to your pc.

Then go to

https://www.imageshack.us/index.php

Click on the Browse button to find the pic on your pc.

Select the pic and click the Host It button

The page will change and you will be given 4 URL's

Copy the last URL and insert it in your profile by clicking on the profile button on the forum

Then on the left hand side click Forum Profile Information

Click on I have my own pic and paste the URL in there

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the change profile button to save your changes

Then your done.
