Poppit show question

I've bought the game, but when I click on a game room from the main Club Pogo page, it sends me to a page telling me to activate the game from the Start menu. Why can't I start a game from the CP website? Does this happen to everyone?

you can`t do that you open game from your desk top click on popit show icon   <:>

i tried from the home page last night and when you get to popit show page in just a minute it went to popit show i did`nt click on a room it just went bye its self so mine works try again hope it works for you  >:(
