Thanks, but tell me & Squiddily if the GIF stops after it cycles through the 3 pics or if it keeps going & going & going like a GIF is supposed to do.

Today, it seems to be cycling better.  Sometimes it keeps going and sometimes it stops after two or three cycles.  I wouldn't even wonder about it if it only happened on my old laptop (XP) but it's happening on the new desktop, too (Windows 7).  Thanks very much, CM.

What program/site do you use to change gifs but still keep the action?  Whenever I try to change the background of an animated gif, the action stops.
