on est. time when does pogo go down ?

pogo should of gone down by now by 12 mins ago roughly  but it hasnt

pogo does not always go down on a tuesday,on some occasions pogo shuts down on wed or thurs morning :o

i know they are pretty good at shutting down tues nights going into weds about 2 or 3 am...they used to shut down from 6-7 am pacific time if I remember correctly..
