Microwave Peach Cobbler
« on: April 13, 2006, 08:04:59 AM »

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1 cup sugar
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup milk
½ cup (1 stick) margarine
2 (15 ¼-ounce) cans sliced peaches in heavy syrup

Whisk the sugar, flour and milk in a bowl until smooth. Melt the margarine in a microwave-safe baking dish in the microwave. Pour the batter over the melted butter and top with the peaches and syrup. Microwave on High for 10 minutes. Brown under the broiler in a conventional oven. Remove to a wire rack to cool.

You can get about 6 to 8 servings from it.
That was good girl, you have any others please?
