This weekend I am planting 6 Barbary shrubs (3 Burgundy, 3 Chartreuse), lots of ornamental grasses and a nice shade tree, maybe a red maple.  Last weekend I planted the purple lilac, the impatiens and two Alberta spruces.  I'm having a heck of a time getting my hands on a weeping willow which will look perfect by the dock at the lake's edge.  I'm growing some foxglove from seed but they are not ready for transplant.  A while back I planted an ornamental plum, a pine tree, a white dogwood and a regular ol' green maple.  This place really needed some plants.  I took some before pix and will take some afters.  I'll send them to you, Stinker, when it's all done.

You're invited anytime!  C'mon over!  The blender is ready.

That sounds beautiful!  I'm looking forward to the pics.  We took some of the rose garden the kids planted, I'll get them sent as well.

Sun finally is out this morning, hopefully my flowers enjoy it...my impatiens aren't doing soooo great, jus droppie......got them for Mother's Day an they were dying in the pot they gave me so I jus put them in a bigger pot an they spruced up but now they look horrible again. An if I put them outdoors I have no idea where to put them, as so far I've read they flourish in shade....not much shady areas here in my spot. Ah well......but my geraniums are doing sooo lovely, they are enjoying the sun this morning I'm sure.
