Homer HELP I have gone stupid

I was trying to send the TSR on Bloopage but cant seem to get in email to BH . I have the file but cant seem to figure out how to send it to them.  Go easy on me I got a 5 year old running around and a 13 year that is sick  and I am old person   :=

Open the file, right click on the item and select copy.

Open your email up, in the text area, right click and paste (or in some email clients ie msn, there is a little paste button in the toolbar.)
