Graphics Device

When I play Poppit or Majong Garden, they freeze for no reason.  I get up next morning only to have to restart the game.  On poppit, I get messages saying "graphics failure on internal device" and "out of sync".  I've asked Badgehelp what this means, but they won't respond.  Do I need a better graphics card?  My settings are all correct, redownloaded, etc.  Do you have any suggestions?  Thanks :##
