 :^*Beed help with Gallows. I go to use it nad then I get an error stating is ont a win32 app. any ideas what is up?

Delete the program, reboot your pc and redownload from www.badgehelp.com

I am having the same problem with SpadeMade.  I was trying to down load SpadeMaid for the first time and received this error.  How do I work around this error?
