What is the new option to allow computer players to use advanced a1 option?????

This came straight from Pogo News:

For those of you who want a challenge, we've now provided a "Computer players use advanced AI" option. Turning this on will make the computer players a little smarter, and a lot more aggressive about building houses. Of course, if you're like me and you like winning, you can just leave this option turned off.
