Nobody loses and double pine cones

Twice when Nobody Loses was running I loooked over and the game was finiching up with 5 with pinecones in the wilds window.  For somereason Nobody Loses got stuck and didn't play any wilds.  A quick look at the game showed there was a double pinecone lit up.  It was all too fast to get a screen shot for a TSR.

Has anyone else seen this?  Should I try to catch it the next time it happens and then send a TSR or just send a TSR with no evidence of failure?

Whew, done.  I played 20+ games, no double pine cones, then finally they started happening.  The TSR thing that wanted a concise description was a problem because the auto kept grabbing the cursor.   :/// :///

Instead of a screen shot, I sent wmv files that should illustrate the problem.
