That's a Rodney Carrington song and all of his are like that and roll on the floor funny. Great version of it cuz I had only seen it on a defunct website where you could find lots of great cartoon videos.

Just did a search of the old website to see if it was back but it is just ecards now - called OhMyGoodness.
