cannot get Texas Holdem to work

I have downloaded Tex-Hol on my computer and it will not work.  Icon is there, but will not work.
It is not playing game

I have:

1. Windows XP
2.Internet Explorer
3. 32 bit
4. 1024X 768
5. ?
6. Sun Java 5.0
It says in task manager that it is running, but it is not playing game.  Also I have no  screen window coming up saying it is running.
Thank you to anyone that can help
