I've completed San Francisco but I activated two premium badges that froze in the middle.  They both show as partially done and despite winning levels, the badge objectives and completing S.F., the badges stopped progressing.  Anyone else having this problem?

San Francisco appears to be an easier city/country overall.

Getting easier?

Was able to rank out with 180 stars and didn't use any Power-up.  I did have to help the auto on a couple of levels.
